01 · Owners and admins
First sign-in and setup
Create the business portal and complete the minimum setup required to receive appointments.

Choose “Create my business free” and sign in with Google.

Register the name, subdomain and business type. The canonical portal is yourbusiness.app.controlcitas.com.

Complete branding, services, professionals and schedules in the welcome checklist.

Review the public site and place a test booking before sharing it.

The creator becomes the owner and can manage all settings.
02 · The whole team
Dashboard and navigation
The dashboard summarizes the day and displays modules according to each role.

Review today’s appointments, income, receivables and low-stock alerts.

Use the sidebar on desktop or “Menu” on mobile; options change according to the current role.

Use “View public site” to see what clients see.

Sign out when finished, especially on shared devices.

Keep a single profile with contact details, documents, history and balances.

Care and clinical history
Record care in an organized, private flow.

Start care from the appointment.

Complete the reason, history, physical exam, plan and private session notes.

Add ICD-10 diagnoses when appropriate.

Record supplies so inventory is updated.
- 5
Attach only necessary images or PDFs (up to 5 files of 10 MB) and review each upload result.

After closing care, open Patients, choose the profile and expand the entry under “Care history”; reception and inventory roles cannot read clinical detail.

Read double-entry finances with an auditable conversion to local currency.

Configure the exchange rate when operating in PEN and USD; every conversion keeps its applied rate.

Record expenses with account, amount, currency and memo.

Direct account transfers use one currency; record PEN↔USD as a separate exchange operation.

Review balanced entries generated by integrated operations.
- 5
Consolidated reports use the local-currency amount; never add nominal PEN and USD amounts.

Use “Reverse” to correct a posted entry; the original remains in the audit trail.

Public portal and online booking
Let clients book against real availability 24/7.

Configure visible services, professionals and schedules.

Share yourbusiness.app.controlcitas.com or a verified custom domain.

Clients choose service, professional, date and time, sign in and confirm their details.

Email and WhatsApp consent is collected during booking.
- 5
Unavailable times must be replaced with a current option.
- 6
The confirmation page reads the stored booking and payment state; pending never means paid.

Team, permissions and settings
Customize the business and grant only the required access.

Configure name, color, tagline, description and time zone.

Create services and define duration, price, currency and visibility.

Add team members with their sign-in email.

Assign roles based on actual responsibilities.

Configure professional schedules and authorized payment connections.

For a custom domain, publish the unique verification TXT shown in the panel and wait for confirmation before sharing it.

Periodically deactivate access that is no longer required.

Plans, promotion and support
Understand plan limits and get help safely.

The promotional Trial is free through Dec 31, 2026.

Practice is USD 59/month including IGV, up to 5 professionals and every feature except e-commerce.

Clinic is USD 199/month including IGV, e-commerce and up to 50 professionals.

The authorized demonstration practice has an Internal Demo plan: free, no expiry, up to 50 professionals, all modules and no monthly appointment cap. This is an exclusive administrative grant, not a selectable registration plan or a benefit unlocked by renaming a business.

Automatic paid-plan activation remains disabled until recurring billing and payment are verified with the provider; contact support to coordinate activation.

Review the plan, expiry and usage in Settings. Missing or expired commercial subscriptions block new bookings; DPC may revoke the internal Demo grant.
